Good Evening,

Watch us on the Food Network's "Food Finds".

Brownville Mills is a small company that grinds organically grown grains into whole grain flours and corn meals. Only small quanities are milled at one time so that we can provide you with the freshest possible product. Our registered trademark name is "NEMAHA".

Many of our products are packaged in brown bags with a plastic liner then folded shut and refrigerated to preserve freshness. Our online catalog is extensive but if you can't find what your looking for, let us know. We may have it in stock.

And if you decide to visit southeast Nebraska, stop by our store! Brownville Mills was started in the early 1950's by Courtney Miner, a door-to-door magazine salesman, who was noted for his brown bread sandwiches that he carried in his lunch pail. This makes Brownville Mills "Nebraska's Oldest Health Food Store in Nebraska's Oldest Town". (Tell me more!)

And you can find us the Food Network's "Food Finds"!
